Why anxiety disorder occurs?
The real reasons for anxiety disorders are still not known completely. However, research and extensive study of human brain relates the problem with the functioning of brain cells. Medical literature explains the anxiety disorder through malfunctioning of neural cells. The reasons behind the anxiety disorders can be genetic too. Sometimes a traumatic event also leaves long-lasting effects on the brain and hence results anxiety disorders.
Genetics
Medical literature suggests that the tendency to develop anxiety disorder can be family history dependent. The disorder may pass on from generation to generation. Genetics can increase the tendency to develop the symptoms of anxiety disorder.
