Online pharmacies are required to get authorization to sell drugs. Each state in U.S. has its own National Association of Board of Pharmacies and every pharmacy (online or corner) needs to get registered with it. NABP sends inspector to these stores for quality check and recommends them only if the inspectors are satisfied. The pharmacies which have inferior quality are either rejected or get enlisting in ‘not recommended pharmacies’ list. Those with satisfactory quality receive Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites (VIPPS) title.
The drugs ordered online are sent through shipment and may take a week or so to reach you.
